SAP Programme Manager

Overview

We are assisting a Manufacturing customer in Frankfurt undergoing an S/4 transformation programme looking for an SAP Programme manager with extensive experience in large-scale SAP transformations.

• Lead the strategic planning, governance and delivery of the S/4
  
  HANA programme, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
• Oversee multiple project streams (functional, technical, data, integration, testing, and change management)
• Develop and manage the overall programme roadmap, timelines, budgets, dependencies and success metrics
• Establish and maintain strong governance frameworks, ensuring adherence to programme management best practices and SAP Activate methodology
• Engage and manage C-level stakeholders, business sponsors, and functional leads to ensure programme alignment and business readiness
• Monitor programme risks, issues, and interdependencies; develop mitigation and contingency plans
• Oversee change management, training, and communications to support user adoption and business continuity

• 10+ years of experience in IT Programme/Project management, with at least 5 years leading large-scale SAP Programmes
• Proven experience delivering at least one end-to-end SAP S/4
  
  HANA implementation (greenfield or brownfield)
• Deep understanding of SAP S/4
  
  HANA architecture, integration, and deployment models (on-premise, cloud, or hybrid)
• Strong grasp of SAP Activate methodology and experience managing global system integrators (e.g., Deloitte, Accenture, PwC, IBM, etc.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels
• Demonstrated success in managing multimillion-dollar budgets and complex, cross-functional teams
• Fluency in German and English is required. (Written and Spoken)
