ENABL3 is a fast-growing consultancy firm that specializes in digitizing shop-floor processes in the pharmaceutical industry. We are currently seeking ambitious individuals who are either experienced MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) consultants or interested in becoming one. As we expand globally, we are looking for driven candidates to help deliver strategic digital transformation initiatives worldwide.

As a Functional Consultant MES you will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and guide them through their digital transformation journey. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead workshops, and ensure successful project delivery aligned with client goals. Comprehensive, in-depth and intensive training will be provided to you at the beginning of your engagement to prepare you for success in the Life Sciences industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate client workshops to gain a thorough understanding of client-specific requirements, processes, and organization.
• Conduct detailed process analysis, design systems and processes, and configure them accordingly.
• Develop pilot use cases and deliver demo presentations to showcase proof of concept.
• Train customers on the provided solutions to ensure full understanding and effective use of the implemented systems.
• Business travel to client sites worldwide.

Qualification, Background, and Expertise

We are looking for candidates with:

• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
• Advanced proficiency in German (minimum C1 level)
• Additional language skills are highly desirable and considered a strong asset
• 3+ years of experience in one or more of the following categories:

A:
Industry Experience

You have worked in one of these industries:
Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, Chemical Industry and Technology Manufacturing and are familiar with the processes in one or more Departments such as Production, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Logistics, Planning & Scheduling, Supply Chain, Maintenance, Inventory.

B:
Consulting Experience

You have worked as consultant or business analyst with manufacturing clients.

C:
Solution Design Experience

You have experience in creating solutions for IT, business, or manufacturing processes solutions in consulting companies.
