As a SAP BW Lead Consultant
, you are responsible for the strategic design, development, and optimization of our enterprise data and analytics landscape based on SAP Business Warehouse (BW/4

HANA) and SAP Analytics solutions. You combine deep technical expertise with strong business acumen to transform financial and operational data into actionable insights that support decision‑making across the organization.

In this role, you lead the end‑to‑end implementation of data models and reporting architectures, ensure data quality and governance, and act as the key liaison between IT and business units. You bring leadership experience, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into efficient, scalable BI solutions within the SAP ecosystem.

• Expert‑level technology projects – lead advanced implementations, migrations, and optimizations of SAP systems in on‑premise, hybrid, and cloud environments
• Work with cutting‑edge technologies – enhance your expertise in S/4
  
  HANA, SAP BTP
  , and automation tools
• Real influence on SAP architecture – co‑create SAP system management strategies, recommend best‑fit solutions, and define architecture standards
• International exposure – collaborate with global clients and exchange best practices across multinational teams
• Flexible working model – work remotely, in a hybrid mode, or from our office in Augsburg

• At least 5+ years’ experience in the SAP Consulting field
• In‑depth expertise in SAP BW/4
  
  HANA architecture
  , data modeling, ETL processes, and performance optimization
• Strong experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), BEx, and other front‑end reporting tools
• Integration knowledge with SAP S/4
  
  HANA, FI/CO, and non‑SAP data sources
• Understanding of financial and regulatory reporting processes in the finance, banking, and insurance sector
• Proven experience leading data & analytics projects, including stakeholder management and cross‑functional coordination
• Strong focus on data governance, security, and reporting compliance
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex information clearly to business and IT stakeholders
• Fluency in German and English

• Availability to business trips up to 50%
