As our SEO Manager, you are the strategic owner of our website's performance, operational excellence, and technical innovation
. This is not a team management role
; it is a senior project leadership role for a master operator. You will be responsible for researching and implementing cutting-edge SEO strategies
, building our project roadmap, designing foolproof systems, and driving our agile content strategy. We are looking for an analytical, process-obsessed leader who can translate high-level business goals into flawlessly executed SEO projects.

This role can be based in Malta (hybrid) or remote within other European countries.

• SEO Roadmap Ownership:
  Own and manage the entire SEO project roadmap. You will source ideas, collaborate with the central SEO team, prioritize initiatives based on impact, and personally drive the execution of high-priority projects (e.g., implementing hard silos, optimizing site architecture).
• Agile Content Strategy:
  Own the monthly keyword research and planning process. You will also proactively identify "skyrocketing" articles and lead the charge on "cloning" success by launching related pages to capture emerging opportunities.
• Process & System Optimization:
  Act as the architect of our operational workflows. You will proactively identify recurring bottlenecks and build "foolproof" systems (SOPs, checklists, issue logs) to prevent them, measurably increasing efficiency and reducing errors.
• SEO Innovation & Research:
  Actively research and identify new, high-impact SEO strategies (e.g., Navboost, AEO, EEAT, Topical Authority). You will be responsible for championing these innovations by collaborating with the Product and Tech teams to test and implement them.
• Performance Analysis & Reporting:
  Own the analysis of all content and project initiatives. You will deliver bi-weekly, data-backed reports that measure impact and provide actionable insights to inform our broader strategy.

• Proven experience in a senior SEO role within the iGaming industry is a core requirement.
• A clear track record of leading major strategic SEO projects (e.g., site architecture, migrations) from concept to completion is essential.
• Comprehensive SEO Expertise:
  Deep, hands-on knowledge in all aspects of SEO, especially as it relates to site architecture, technical improvements, and content strategy.
• Word Press Expertise:
  Expert-level proficiency in using Word Press and its common plugins for content and SEO.
• Exceptional Project Management: A master of building and managing complex projects and workflows in tools like Click Up.
• Strong Analytical Skills:
  Demonstrable experience using Google Analytics and SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs) to measure performance and drive strategic decisions.
• Abilities: A highly accountable and organized system builder who excels at influencing cross-functional teams. You are a "hands-on" problem-solver with a curious, forward-thinking mindset and a passion for staying on the cutting edge of SEO and search.
