Technical Project Manager

• Project Leadership
  :
  Manage and lead projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and alignment with business objectives.
• Stakeholder Management
  :
  Collaborate with engineers, architects, product managers, and business stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Technical Planning & Execution
  :
  Develop detailed project plans, manage resources, and execute tasks to deliver solutions.
• Risk Management
  :
  Proactively identify project risks, issues, and dependencies. Implement mitigation strategies and ensure that teams remain on track to meet deadlines.
• Collaboration & Communication
  :
  Facilitate clear communication among team members and stakeholders, ensuring that all parties are informed of progress, roadblocks, and key milestones.
• Continuous Improvement
  :
  Promote a culture of continuous improvement in the development and deployment process, leveraging feedback and retrospectives to refine and optimize workflows.

• 3+ years of experience in project management, ideally within a cloud-native or Dev Ops-focused environment.

• Proven track record of managing complex technical projects, ideally in a cloud or infrastructure environment.
• Experience with Kanban using project tracking tools.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple competing priorities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to translate technical details to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa.
• Strong leadership and team collaboration skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Understanding of Kubernetes architecture and deployment models (e.g., on-prem, cloud, hybrid).
• Familiarity with containerization concepts (Docker, Helm, etc.).
• Understanding of Dev Ops principles including CI/CD pipelines, automation, infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
