We are looking for a Senior Systems Architect & Integration Manager to design and scale our digital ecosystem, ensuring robust architectures, seamless integrations, and reliable operation of our systems landscape.

• Systems Architecture & Integration
  :
  Define architectural principles and design a scalable, secure, and innovative technology landscape that grows with our business.
• Compliance & Business Continuity
  :
  Ensure systems meet relevant standards and regulations (e.g., GMP, ISO, GDPR) and establish disaster‑recovery and business‑continuity plans.
• Project & Change Management
  :
  Drive architecture and integration projects from concept through implementation.
• Advisory & Support
  :
  Act as a trusted advisor for business and technology teams on architecture and integration topics.

• Proven experience designing and integrating system architectures, ideally in a regulated industry (food & nutrition, pharma, or health tech).
• Strong knowledge of architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF), integration technologies (REST, SOAP, EDI, API management), and middleware.
• Experience with IT governance, compliance, business continuity, and infrastructure audits.
• Familiar with agile and traditional project‑management methods.
• Strategic mindset combined with hands‑on problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. German language skills are a plus.
