- Design and install telecom equipment for wired, cellular, cable, and broadband data transmission.
- Work with copper and fiber optic cabling, switching systems, and complex networks.
- Configure and install voice, video, and data communication systems.
- Evaluate system hardware/software for performance, compatibility, and reliability.
- Monitor system performance to proactively identify and resolve issues.
- Manage telecom services for large-scale projects and ensure on-time implementation.
- Create and maintain technical documentation to support system security and operations.
Must-Have Skills:
- Technical knowledge of RAN macro site equipment and ground installation.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- Dependability, timeliness, and strong task prioritization.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong understanding of IP protocols and router configurations.
- Working knowledge of RAN equipment and wireless site deployments.
