100% - Complete setup and on‑going maintenance of all digital banking products and services
- Research and troubleshoot customer issues
- Customer training
- Support and assist team operations in projects and assignments
- 3+ years financial services experience preferred
- Payments industry knowledge
- Deposit account servicing experience
- Ability to multi-task
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Well organized
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
