• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
• 3+ years of experience in technical support, system integration, or field engineering
• Strong understanding of AI systems, computer vision, and IoT technologies
• Experience with network infrastructure, camera systems, and edge computing
• Proficiency in Linux, Python, and system administration
• Knowledge of networking protocols and security configurations
• Ability to travel to client sites for installation and troubleshooting
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Provide technical implementation support for Ekin's AI solutions
• Conduct on-site installations, configurations, and system integrations
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide remote and on-site support
• Collaborate with clients' IT teams to ensure proper system integration
• Develop technical documentation and implementation guides
• Conduct client training sessions on system operation and maintenance
• Support pre-sales technical demonstrations and proof-of-concept deployments
• Provide feedback to product development teams on field performance and client needs
• Maintain technical expertise on Ekin's complete solution portfolio
