Responsibilities
- Specify technical requirements in collaboration with other team members.
- Write code to modify and customize the IDM system via configuration as code to align with the unique business requirements of the organization.
- Integrate the IDM system with existing enterprise systems, such as directories (e.g., Active Directory), HR systems, and application servers, to ensure seamless user provisioning and access management.
- Conduct thorough testing of the IDM system to identify and resolve any functional or security issues before deployment.
- Create and manage the database schema required to store user information, access policies, and other relevant data.
- Document the system design, development process, and operational procedures to facilitate future maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Ensure that all software meets security and privacy requirements and is compliant with relevant regulations and industry standards.
