Your responsibilities:

• Establishing, optimizing, and monitoring project management standards and processes
• IT project portfolio management, including prioritizing, controlling, and coordinating IT projects and ensuring that they are aligned with corporate goals
• Resource management, reporting, and monitoring for project capacities, status reports, and other measures to ensure project success
• Training and support for (sub-)project managers and teams on best practices in project management and the use of project management tools
• Proactive and administrative support in the CIO Office in the overall coordination of the department and the implementation of specific projects

Your profile:

• Degree in business administration, economics or comparable field
• Multiple years of professional experience in a comparable position – experience in management consulting is advantageous
• Proven track record of successful project management in an international environment
• Experience with project management methodologies (e.g. Agile or Scrum) are advantageous
• Familiarity with ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) framework
• Comprehensive knowledge of common MS Office tools
• Conceptual thinking skills and enjoyment of taking on responsibility
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting, as well as a goal- and results-oriented approach to work
• Full professional proficiency in spoken and written English – proficiency in another European language is advantageous
