Dabei setzen wir auf moderne Technologien, um hybride Identitätsmodelle, Zero-Trust-Prinzipien und automatisierte Zugriffssteuerung effizient umzusetzen.

Zur Verstärkung unseres internationalen Identity Teams suchen wir einen erfahrenen IT Solution Architekten (m/w/d), der unsere IAM-Landschaft zukunftssicher gestaltet und weiterentwickelt.

* Ihre Aufgaben:

*** Konzeption, Design und Weiterentwicklung von IAM-Lösungen mit Fokus auf Microsoft Active Directory (AD), Entra  PKI
* Entwicklung von Architektur-Blueprints und Sicherheitskonzepten für hybride und cloudbasierte Identitätsinfrastrukturen
* Beratung interner Stakeholder bei der Integration von Anwendungen und Services in die IAM-Landschaft
* Steuerung und Durchführung von Migrationsprojekten (z.B. AD Federation Services zu Entra )
* Definition und Umsetzung von Rollen- und Berechtigungskonzepten (RBAC)
* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit IT Entwicklungs- und Betriebsteams, Information Security, Compliance und Datenschutz zur Sicherstellung regulatorischer

Anforderungen
* Technische Leitung von Projekten im IAM-Umfeld sowie Koordination externer Dienstleister
* Stabiler und sicherer Betrieb der IAM Systemlandschaft
* Dokumentation der implementierten Lösungen

* Ihr Profil:

*** Abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Ingenieurwesen, Naturwissenschaften oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Architektur, Implementierung und Betrieb von IAM-Lösungen
* Tiefgehende Kenntnisse in Microsoft Active Directory, Public Key Infrastruktur (PKI), Group Policy, ADFS, Microsoft Entra , Conditional Access, Privileged Identity- and Access Management, DNS und Identity Governance
* Erfahrung mit hybriden Identitätsmodellen und Single Sign-On (SSO)-Lösungen
* Kenntnisse in Skripting/Automatisierung (z.B. Power Shell) von Vorteil
* Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen, systematische Arbeitsweise, Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
* Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
