Build interactive prototypes using vibe-coding tools to bring concepts to life in ways that static mocks can’t - Champion customer insight:
Regularly connect with users, conduct interviews, and gather feedback to ground design decisions in real-world needs - Shape the design culture:
Bring your experience, taste, and craft to set a high bar for design quality, innovation, and user experience
- 4+ years of product design experience, ideally with a focus on content, content systems, intranets, internal platforms, or process planning
- Strong visual, interaction, and UX design abilities, plus confidence in building interactive prototypes using vibe-coding tools
- Comfortable collaborating with engineers and experimenting with code when needed
- Thrives in environments where fast iteration, experimentation, and adaptability are the norm
- Skilled at uncovering and synthesizing user needs into elegant, impactful product experiences
- Comfortable making decisions, taking responsibility, and driving work forward with minimal oversight
- Excited to help build not just a product, but a product vision and culture from scratch
