The Client Success Manager DACH role is an integral part of the team that supports our biggest Retailers in the Development of their Retail Media Program.
As such, you will work closely with our Retailers to make sure that their Retail Media Program runs efficiently, and that their ad revenue is growing. The role includes seizing and creating growth opportunities, offering optimization support and lean in.
It requires strong technical expertise, a data‑driven mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate business needs into strategic recommendations.
Responsibilities- Coordinate the implementation of the solution with our technical teams, both from a technical and business perspective.
- Help retailer design the best offer / inventory possible through benchmark / zoning recommendations, according to pre‑sales discussions and in cooperation with leadership & technical teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key contacts and stakeholders within the retailer’s organization.
- Deliver world‑class service to our retail partners, their internal teams, and their brands.
- Collaborate effectively: implement tools to better monitor activity, list of tasks to be done / ongoing and any deck that would be necessary to develop further both relationship and revenue opportunities.
- Ensure the platform is working properly on a daily basis, and recommend any additional features / setup to your retailers so they can scale further retail media revenues.
- Collaborate with leadership to create sales strategies and action plans to achieve revenue growth, by scaling the partnerships, seizing additional opportunities and scope extensions (new inventories, roll‑out to new countries, additional services…).
- Create and maintain sales dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor performances.
- Gather and analyze sales data and performance metrics to provide insights and recommendations to retailers.
- Coordinate with internal data analyst to extract the relevant information to provide analysis to clients.
- Gather clients’ needs regarding data and analytics: development of new dashboards, custom analytics extraction, deployment of new tools.
- At least 5+ years of experience.
- Fluency in German + English.
- Proven experience in a sales and/or consulting role.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Salesforce, Power BI).
- SQL knowledge is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Customer‑oriented mindset, with the ability to identify and address customer needs.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
