• You ensure our IT infrastructure runs smoothly and securely, whereby external IT service providers support you
• Therefore, you set up, maintain, and monitor our network infrastructure
• Additionally, you administer virtual machines, primarily Windows Server
• You contribute to our IT security management including your support in the implementation of ISO 27001 and NIS2 standards
• Furthermore, you provision and set up of new workstations at the Hamburg office as well as handle our device management via Microsoft Intune (Windows 11, iOS, Android)
• You manage Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, One Drive, and Teams
• Further responsibilities are possible, e.g. participating in planning and executing IT projects, potentially with external partners (e.g. migrations, reorganizations, integrations)

• After successfully completing your apprenticeship, a degree with a focus on IT or comparable, you gained professional experiences in IT infrastructure management
• You’re driven by a service-oriented mindset, a strong sense of responsibility as well as a strong interest in efficient workflows and quality assurance
• Additionally, your working style is independent, structured and demonstrating your high level of initiative, flexibility, and team orientation
• Furthermore, you’re confident in troubleshooting hardware and software issues - whether it’s a frozen screen or a misbehaving printer
• You have a good practical understanding of Windows environments, Microsoft 365, and mobile device support
• In English as well as German, written and spoken, you communicate user-oriented, clearly and patiently, even when things get a bit hectic or colleagues forget to restart their device before approaching you
