AWS Solution Architect

Overview

The AWS Solutions Architect directly supports the success of our Sales team through our Partnership program, leading technical presales engagements with a focus on Application Modernization, Cloud-Native Development, and Generative AI. This role involves designing AWS-powered solutions for new and existing customer engagements, collaborating closely with Sales and AWS stakeholders to drive professional services growth and AWS consumption.

• AWS GTM & Sales Enablement
  • Supporting Sales with Technical Expertise to drive AWS Pipeline and Achieve Revenue Targets.
  • Architecture and design of holistic AWS solutions with alignment to business outcomes.
  • Specify the deliverables of services and implementation projects by writing the statements of work (SOW).
  • Enable sales teams to drive AWS adoption, aligning with AWS co-selling initiatives, Partner Funding Programs, and opportunity generation.
  • Collaborate with AWS stakeholders to optimize funding strategies for projects.
  • Own content and lead technical client workshops focused on modern cloud architectures and AI adoption.
  • Maintenance of a clean, accurate and sufficient pipeline in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the service delivery teams to ensure the services are delivered as specified in your Statements of Work and as required to meet customer business outcome objectives.
• Technical Leadership & Mentorship
  • Guide engineers and architects on best practices for cloud-native development, AI model deployment, and infrastructure modernization.
  • Provide strategic direction for AWS-based application development, ensuring alignment with customer business objectives.
  • Define success metrics for AWS implementations, optimizing cost-efficiency, security, and scalability.
• Technical Expertise
  • Application Modernization & Cloud-Native Development
    • Architect serverless and microservices-based solutions using AWS Lambda, Amazon ECS/EKS, and API Gateway.
    • Lead monolithic-to-microservices refactoring and cloud migration strategies.
    • Design scalable, resilient architectures utilizing AWS Well-Architected Framework and AI-enhanced modernization workflows.
  • Generative AI & Machine Learning Solutions
    • Architect cloud-native AI-powered applications utilizing AWS Bedrock, Sage Maker, AI inference optimization, and vector databases.
    • Build LLM-powered workflows leveraging retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and fine-tuned AI models.
    • Automate business processes with AI-driven solutions for data extraction, customer interaction, and operational efficiency.
  • Transitional AWS Services & Migration Strategies
    • Define hybrid cloud and multi-cloud strategies using AWS Control Tower, AWS Landing Zone, and VPC networking.
    • Lead legacy-to-cloud transitions, utilizing AWS Migration Hub, AWS Database Migration Service (DMS), and AWS App2
      
      Container.
    • Support enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, ensuring smooth integrations with AWS infrastructure.
