The Web team designs and builds one of Yazio’s main growth channels. We focus on creating interactive quiz flows, web-to-app onboarding experiences and paywalls that turn visitors into active users. Each element is designed, tested and refined to improve understanding, engagement and conversion.
We’re hiring a Senior Product Designer (Web) to take ownership of these. You’ll design user journeys that feel smooth and, helping people take their first meaningful steps into Yazio.
You’ll work as the dedicated designer in a cross‑functional team with product managers, engineers and data analysts. Together, you’ll design, experiment and iterate quickly to deliver clear, measurable results.

This role is 100% remote and open to candidates based in Germany, Spain, Portugal, or the U.K.
YOUR MISSIONAs Senior Product Designer (Web), you’ll design, test and improve how people interact with Yazio’s website—from the first visit to successful onboarding. You’ll own the design of interactive funnels, onboarding flows and paywall experiences, ensuring that every step is effective, visually consistent and user‑focused.
You’ll translate ideas into prototypes, work closely with engineers on implementation and use insights from A/B tests and analytics to guide iteration. Your work will directly influence conversion performance and the overall quality of Yazio’s web experience.
In this role, you will:
- Design and optimize interactive quiz funnels, web‑to‑app onboarding flows and paywall experiences that drive conversion
- Prototype and validate ideas quickly, turning hypotheses into clear design solutions
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure feasibility, quality and responsive implementation
- Use AI tools such as Lovable and v0 to streamline asset creation and prototyping
- Analyze and interpret experimental data with product managers, identifying the next iterations based on impact and results
- Audit and refine user flows for usability, accessibility and consistency
- Contribute to Yazio’s web design system, improving component usability and scalability
- Collaborate across teams to align priorities, share findings and ensure a cohesive product experience

YOUR PROFILEYou’re a product designer with a strong background in web UX/UI and a focus on measurable outcomes. You care about detail, but you also think in systems—how small design choices influence large‑scale performance.
You’ll bring:
- Solid experience in designing and optimizing conversion funnels, landing pages, onboarding journeys or paywalls
- Proven ability to turn data insights into practical design solutions that drive measurable uplift
- Strong knowledge of interaction design, behavioral psychology and visual hierarchy
- Proficiency in Figma and experience in using component‑based design systems
- Comfort with A/B tests and experimentation cycles
- Experience collaborating closely with engineers and understanding technical feasibility
- Curiosity about AI‑supported design tools and how they accelerate iteration
- A structured, pragmatic approach to solving design problems
- Experience in building interactive quiz flows or multi‑step onboarding funnels
- Familiarity with SEO‑focused web UX and content structure design
- Hands‑on experience with AI tools like Lovable, v0 or Midjourney for fast design exploration
- Interest in health, nutrition or habit‑building products
