TASKS

As Program Manager Operations, you will design efficient processes and contribute to continuous improvement through targeted data analysis and the derivation of measures.

• You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and preparing all relevant operational KPIs from the ERP system and regularly providing them to our parent company in Canada.
• You will also ensure an efficient flow of information between the German operations team, the Canadian headquarters, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Furthermore, you will prepare status updates, presentations, and coordination meetings and ensure that open issues and decisions are clearly documented and tracked.
• Actively supporting the operations managers in the planning, control, and implementation of strategic and operational projects in production, supply chain, logistics, and other functional areas is part of your daily routine.
• Finally, you will continuously develop KPI reporting and related tools and processes to increase transparency and efficiency across the entire operations area.

PROFILE

• You are a graduate in business administration, industrial engineering, production/logistics, or a comparable field and have several years of experience in operations or project management.
• In addition, you have in-depth knowledge of ERP systems, KPI analysis, and management reporting.
• You also have an analytical, structured, and solution‑oriented approach, enabling you to confidently evaluate complex issues and translate them into clear recommendations for action.
• Communication and presentation skills are among your strengths, especially in an international environment, and you are fluent in German and English.
• You are a team player, reliable, and highly self‑motivated.
