We are looking for a high‑potential, ambitious (Senior) Growth Manager to build and scale our Customer Marketing and Expansion engine. In this role, you will drive upsell and expansion ARR for our long‑tail customer segment, which represents a significant share of Chaos’ overall ARR. You will experiment with new growth plays, build multi‑channel campaigns, collaborate closely with Customer Success, and develop structured approaches to engage and expand existing customers.
This role is ideal for someone early in their career who combines strong analytical skills with excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration. You may come from consulting, banking, or a high‑growth startup and are now looking to apply your strategic thinking in a fast‑moving tech environment.

Customer Expansion and Upsell- Develop and execute customer marketing plays that drive expansion and upsell ARR in our long‑tail segment.
- Analyze customer usage patterns, product adoption, and segmentation to identify growth opportunities.
- Partner closely with Customer Success to design joint motions for adoption, engagement, and expansion.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, Performance, Data and Marketing teams to build integrated customer growth campaigns.
- Create clear playbooks, messaging, and templates to support customer expansion workflows.
- Act as a strategic sparring partner to the VP Growth, helping shape hypotheses, experiments, and cross‑functional initiatives.
- Develop and launch multi‑channel campaigns across email, You Tube, Meta, Google, retargeting, and more.
- Work closely with content, creative and website teams to translate strategy into impactful assets aligned with narratives and central tracking tools.
- Test and iterate approaches based on performance insights, customer feedback, and business priorities.
- Identify key KPIs and deliver insights that inform decision making.
- Work with Data and Rev Ops teams on dashboards, segmentation, funnel views, and reporting.
- Continuously refine customer marketing tactics to maximize expansion impact.
- One to three years of experience in consulting (ideally tech or digital), banking, or a high‑growth startup.
