Since 2011, we have already trained over 15,000 people worldwide in the areas of data science, artificial intelligence and machine learning at our statworx AI Academy. From small training units & entry-level programs to long-term and global training concepts and data culture initiatives for our customers in the DAX environment, we offer a diverse and tailor-made portfolio. Our aim is to always have an eye on the latest trends (currently including Generative AI, Large Language Models and Data Culture) and to constantly develop our training methods.

We are currently looking to expand our team and training offerings.

• You design, own, and continuously develop complex enablement programs, training series, and curricula in the fields of data, analytics, and AI on an end-to-end basis
• You advise clients on equal footing regarding strategic enablement initiatives in the data and AI domain and act as a trusted sparring partner
• You design scalable learning paths, didactic concepts, and meaningful success metrics to ensure measurable and sustainable training impact
• You lead large training and enablement projects, including quality assurance, resource coordination, and stakeholder management
• You mentor, guide, and develop Consultants, Junior Consultants, and working students on a professional level
• You actively contribute to the evolution of our enablement portfolio by refining existing formats and conceptualizing new training and learning approaches
• You foster thought leadership internally and externally, for example through internal workshops, whitepapers, blog articles, or public speaking engagements

• You bring several years of solid professional experience in the data, AI, or analytics domain, ideally in consulting, enablement, or comparable roles
• You have deep expertise across multiple data and AI topics and can confidently apply this knowledge in different contexts
• You have experience taking end-to-end responsibility for learning, training, or enablement concepts and their execution
• You advise clients confidently and on eye level, and are able to communicate complex topics clearly and effectively
• You have experience mentoring and professionally guiding less experienced colleagues
• You work in a highly structured, forward-thinking, and quality-oriented manner and maintain oversight even in complex project settings
• You communicate confidently and convincingly and are fluent in both German and English (written and spoken, C2 level)
