We are seeking an experienced Networking Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our network infrastructure to ensure maximum uptime, reliability, and security. The ideal candidate will have at least 5-6 years of experience in the field, with strong technical skills and a proven track record of success.

• Design, implement, and maintain local and wide area network (LAN/WAN) infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices
• Configure and troubleshoot network protocols such as TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, VLANs, and VPNs
• Perform regular network performance monitoring and optimization to ensure maximum uptime and reliability
• Identify and resolve network security vulnerabilities, and implement security measures to protect against unauthorized access and data breaches
• Provide technical support to end-users and other IT staff as needed
• Stay up-to-date with the latest network technologies and trends, and make recommendations for improvements to our network infrastructure
• Create and maintain detailed network documentation and diagrams
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours network support as needed

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 5-6 years of experience in network engineering and administration
• Strong technical knowledge of LAN/WAN technologies, routing and switching protocols, and network security best practices
• Experience with network monitoring and analysis tools such as Wireshark, Solar Winds, and PRTG
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, and to work independently with minimal supervision
• Cisco certifications (CCNA, CCNP) preferred but not mandatory
