At Staking Facilities, we’ve been building at the frontier of blockchain infrastructure since 2017. Now, we’re working on new projects in the area of crypto-native research and development, combining our world-class validator infrastructure with a bold vision for the future.

• Design and implement backend services in Rust, optimized for throughput, reliability, and low latency.
• Build systems that connect on‑chain and off‑chain components, from smart contract interactions to market data ingestion and execution logic.
• Collaborate closely with infrastructure and validator teams to leverage bare‑metal performance and low‑latency access to blockchain networks.
• Work with live trading data and performance monitoring tools to profile, test, and tune production systems.
• Contribute to architecture design sessions, helping define how we scale a multi‑chain platform.
• Collaborate with experienced engineers across Staking Facilities to extend node infrastructure and on‑chain APIs.
• Shape technical direction, influence tooling and processes, and grow with the project as it scales.

• Proficient in Rust, with experience writing safe, performant, and maintainable code.
• Excited about Web3, decentralized finance, and the emerging internet of capital markets.
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership in an early‑stage setup.
• Curious and self‑motivated, enjoy learning new systems, exploring blockchain tech, and tinkering with complex problems.
• Based in Europe or nearby time zones (CET overlap).
• Fluent in English, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiar with concepts like order books, limit orders, and exchange mechanics, or eager to learn.
• Existing experience with smart contracts, on‑chain transactions would be ideal.
