ReduceCO2
Now is a global volunteer initiative focused on reducing CO2 fast. We create posts, videos, research summaries, and public education content in many languages. Our team meets online every day and works together across countries.
Important:
This is a volunteer role. There is no salary.
We want people who care about climate action and want to contribute time, skills, and energy.
What you’ll do in the first weeksYou’ll start with simple but impactful tasks:
- Creating short posts or videos
- Translating or localizing content you speak
- Researching clear facts about climate trends or solutions
- Posting updates to our global channels
- Joining our daily online meetings with the team
You don’t need to be an expert. You’ll learn our formats and workflow in your first days.
Who we’re looking forPeople who enjoy taking action and want to support a global mission. Good candidates:
- Communicate clearly
- Show up to meetings on time
- Can post or create content daily or a few times per week
- Are comfortable working in a fast, collaborative environment
- Care about climate change and want measurable impact
- Are willing to learn our framework before taking a specialized role
- Join at least one meeting in their first week
- Contribute a small task or content piece daily or several times per week
- Stay active in our communication channels
- Work independently after onboarding
- Global team experience
- Skills in content creation, climate communication, and online campaigns
- Daily collaboration with international volunteers
- A chance to build impact at scale
