- Advise potential and existing customers about our products via different channels (phone, email, and chat)
- Work together with customers to find the best solutions for their individual technical requirements
- Continously improve our services by contributing your ideas
- Enthusiasm for IT, hosting and cloud technologies
- Strong communication skills in German and English and very strong people skills
- Self‑initiative, team spirit, and a structured work style
- Experience in sales or customer support is a plus — but we also welcome people who are changing careers!
