Servicenow Developer

Overview

E-Solutions is looking for a talented Mid-Senior Service Now Developer to join our team in the Staffing/Recruiting industry. As a CONTRACTOR, you will have the opportunity to work REMOTELY, contributing to the development, customization, and maintenance of Service Now applications.

• Configure and develop capabilities within the Service Now platform.
• Participate in change and Release Management; develop and maintain technical documentation for development processes.
• Support mid Server architecture related to telephonic systems with integrations and problem solving.
• Integrate Service Now with external systems (e.g., Workday and other HUB applications).
• Design and implement REST and SOAP APIs for external integrations.
• Create and customize Service Portals using Angular
  
  JS and Service Now widgets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document system requirements.
• Implement and configure ITIL processes in Service Now modules.
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of applications.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for development processes.
• Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards.
• Provide user support and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Participate in Agile development methodology practices.

• Minimum of 5+ years of Service Now development experience.
• Experience in change and Release Management.
• Experience with integrating external systems and building APIs (REST and SOAP).
• Experience creating and customizing Service Portals with Angular
  
  JS and Service Now widgets.
• Integrations with Workday and other HUB applications.
• Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and security/data protection standards.
• Ability to work in Agile environments and provide user support as needed.
