We’re seeking a proactive Tech Talent Strategist with a keen understanding of U.S. staffing practices, IT domains, and resume optimization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, independent, and performance-driven environment while working remotely.

• Collaborate with IT consultants (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC) to market them for contract and full-time roles in the U.S. market.
• Customize resumes to align with specific job requirements, emphasizing keywords, formatting, and technical accuracy.
• Identify job opportunities using tools like Dice, Monster, Career Builder, Linked In, and vendor/client relationships.
• Manage the end-to-end candidate submission lifecycle — from sourcing to interview scheduling and client feedback.
• Cultivate and maintain vendor and client relationships to generate ongoing pipeline opportunities.
• Maintain tracking of daily/weekly submissions, interviews, and placement metrics.

• Excellent communication, follow-up, and organizational skills
• Ability to meet aggressive targets independently
