• Lead the architecture and deployment of large‑scale, vision‑based AI systems across edge and cloud
• Design scalable video analytics pipelines leveraging NVIDIA Deep Stream, Tensor
  
  RT, Triton
• Drive distributed AI training, deployment, and continuous learning systems
• Optimize models for real‑time performance on Jetson Orin/Xavier and similar platform
• Collaborate with global research, product, and engineering teams to deliver business impact
• Define strategy for edge vs. cloud trade‑offs in AI platform design
• Mentor senior engineers, set best practices in MLOps, observability, and reliability
• Engage directly with CIOs, CTOs, and senior stakeholders on AI transformation strategy
• Stay ahead of emerging AI technologies (e.g., Vision Transformers, NeRF, Diffusion Models)

• 10+ years of experience in AI/ML/Computer Vision, with 8+ years in technical leadership roles
• Strong hands‑on expertise with NVIDIA ecosystem:
  Jetson, Deep Stream, Tensor
  
  RT, Triton, CUDA
• Proficiency in PyTorch, Tensor Flow, OpenCV, GStreamer
• Solid coding in Python, C++ and CUDA for AI model development
• Proven track record of deploying AI solutions at scale (1,000+ devices or multi‑GPU clusters)
• Cloud‑native ML experience (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, CI/CD)
• Strategic communication skills with the ability to influence global stakeholders
• Advanced degree (MS/PhD) in Computer Vision, ML, Robotics, or related field (preferred)
• Domain expertise in Smart Cities, Robotics, Healthcare, or Retail Analytics (a plus)
• Certifications such as NVIDIA Jetson Developer or AWS/GCP AI/ML are advantageous
