Technical Support Specialist (m/w/d) 1st Level
Bendorf, Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany – 2 weeks ago
Responsibilities- Provide technical & product training to distributors and installers;
- Communicate with clients to support problem-solving and meet reasonable requirements;
- Responsible for on‑site TSUN delivery troubleshooting, maintenance & modification at clients' locations;
- Solve delivery/operation faults and submit investigation reports timely;
- Manage spare parts, tools and test equipment;
- Assist R&D/sales in handling cases within responsibilities;
- Complete technical service work assigned by the team leader.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Computer Science or other related majors;
- 1‑2 years of working experience in the Solar or New Energy industry;
- Fluent in German, proficient in Dutch or Chinese.
