Binance Accelerator Program is a concise fixed‑term program designed for Early Career Talent to have an immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space. You will be given the opportunity to experience life at Binance and understand what goes on behind the scenes of the worlds’ leading blockchain ecosystem. Current university students and recent graduates

• Support the Regional Paid Ads Team in managing and optimizing paid social campaigns across Tik Tok, Meta, Twitter, and Reddit.
• Assist with campaign setup, monitoring, and daily performance tracking.
• Help gather and organize campaign data for reporting and analysis.
• Learn and apply best practices for paid social advertising under mentorship.
• Support documentation of workflows, processes, and campaign learnings.
• Collaborate with creative and campaign teams to ensure timely asset delivery.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to build paid ads knowledge.
• Assist with ad copy and creative testing initiatives.
• Provide general administrative support to the paid ads team as needed.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and team efficiency.

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
• Strong interest in digital marketing and paid social advertising.
• Previous internship or coursework related to digital marketing or advertising is a plus.
• Self‑motivated and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and paid advertising concepts.
• Good analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Comfortable working with data and learning new tools.
