This isn’t a regular Learning Design job. It’s an opportunity to redefine what learning feels like by crafting experiences inside the OS for Human Greatness augmented with AI. It is science-backed, design-led, AI-powered, and global. Paradox is building a new category that fuses neuroscience, design, AI, and behavioral transformation to help people not only consume knowledge but rewire who they are.

This is a full‑time position from our offices in Dubai, Paris, Lisbon, or remote worldwide.

YOUR MISSION — You’ll bridge psychology, storytelling, and product design to craft experiences that feel alive, cinematic, and deeply human.

Responsibilities
  • Lead Learning Experience Design across architecture to execution, designing journeys that emphasize transformation over content.
  • Script learning experiences that engage heart and brain; craft AI Conversations and Loops; write and optimize prompt chains for human-like exchanges.
  • Design end-to-end courses with experts, collaborating with top performers to translate expertise into cinematic, science-based journeys.
  • Own scripting, copywriting, and creation of educational assets (modules, assessments, prompts, and supplementary materials).
  • Conduct desk and user research to inform goals, learner personas, and curriculum structure; define KPIs of transformation (not just completion).
  • Iterate on courses using learner data, feedback, and performance metrics to improve transformation and stickiness.
  • Apply principles from habit formation, self-determination theory, and behavioral triggers to drive daily practice and retention.
  • Collaborate to evolve the Paradox ecosystem (Loops, PX Agents, Protocols, Membership) and ensure features support ecosystem evolution.
Ideal Candidate
  • Experience
    : 3–6 years in Learning Design, Instructional Design, or Experience Design (EdTech, Coaching, or Transformational Education preferred).
  • You have shipped at least one major feature or product end-to-end with measurable results.
  • Comfortable with AI tools, Figma; proven ability to deliver digital learning experiences across multiple asset types (video, articles, assessments, interactive experiences).
  • Portfolio includes one or more cinematic or narrative-rich courses or learning programs.

  • Craft-obsessed with a strong bias for outcomes; capable of deep work beyond standard hours.
  • Strong writing skills and editorial thinking for external audiences.
  • Strong aesthetic sensibility; care about how the course feels.
  • User and impact obsessed; focus on transformation and outcomes.
  • Critical thinker who can turn vague problems into clear hypotheses grounded in data and field insights.
  • Digital and AI savvy with the ability to build AI agents or learn to apply them effectively.
Languages

French: native;
English: fluent for conversation on specific details. Our written communication is in English.
