Junior Solution Consultant - MedTech

Matrix One is a leading provider of software solutions for medical device companies, helping them manage regulatory and quality compliance with ease. Our mission is to streamline product development and compliance, enabling companies to bring medical devices to market faster and more efficiently.

We’re looking for a motivated early-career professional (1–3 years of experience) based in Germany (full remote) who’s eager to grow in the medical device environment. Whether your background is in RA/QA, R&D, or project management, you’ll be joining us to help customers get the most value out of our solutions, while building your own expertise in the field.

• Pre-sales support
  :
  Join consultative discussions with medical device companies to explore their needs and goals, ensuring our solutions are well aligned.
• Onboarding
  :
  Work closely with our team to help new customers adopt our software successfully, driving loyalty and satisfaction.
• Customer support
  :
  Assist with basic inquiries and technical requests, including configurations, while learning to resolve issues independently.

• 1–3 years of experience in the Med Tech environment (RA/QA, R&D, or project management). This experience is essential for the role, and we can only consider applicants who meet this requirement.
• Fluent in English
  , German is a plus.
• A basic understanding of coding concepts (HTML, JSON, or similar).
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in R&D, Med Tech, Regulatory Affairs, or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication skills with a genuine interest in supporting and collaborating with customers.
• Curiosity and a growth mindset. You’re eager to learn and build expertise in regulatory and compliance solutions.
