• Independently leading strategic, high-impact digital projects from ideation to global scaling
• Accountable for end-to-end project leadership, including planning, execution, reporting & business case realization
• Collaborating closely with business units, regional teams, IT and external parties for maximum impact and success
• Contribute to TÜV SÜD´s overarching digital strategy (execution) e.g. by developing digital best practices for global roll-out (e.g. project delivery framework)

• Technical (or business) degree with at least 6 years of relevant industry or consulting experience
• Extensive and proven track record in leading complex digital projects for large industry players
• Proficient in digital project management, including agile / hybrid methodologies and scaled frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS)
• Solid understanding of technologies such as AI, machine learning, data and platform management
• Passion, ownership, curiosity, team player, integrity and friendliness
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English
