• Advising internal departments on all issues relating to the implementation of requirements in the Atlassian (Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management, Bitbucket, etc.) environment or for other project management applications
• Administration, configuration and further development of the responsible applications
• Customizing the applications via low-code
• Efficient implementation of incident and problem management as well as ensuring 2nd and 3rd level support for application-related requests
• Management of IT projects in compliance with specifications regarding time, content and costs
• Coordination of external service providers

The position can be filled in Berlin, Düsseldorf, Berlin, Bremen, Kassel, Kiel and Neuenstadt.

• Successfully completed studies in (business) informatics or a similar course of study with an IT focus, alternatively comparable professional experience
• Professional experience in conception, operation and consulting in the Atlassian environment
• In-depth knowledge of the Atlassian applications Jira, Confluence and Jira Service Management required
• Experience in administration in the Linux environment is an advantage
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as JavaScript an advantage
• Methodical knowledge ideally certifications in the areas of project management and IT service management
• Professional experience in the digitalization and automation of processes
• Quick comprehension, ability to think abstractly as well as a structured, independent and goal-oriented way of working
• Very good written and spoken English, knowledge of German is an advantage
• Confident communication and presentation skills
