Your OpportunityAs a key member of Sim Scale’s marketing organization, the Growth Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in driving rapid ARR growth across our global markets. This position is responsible for defining and executing integrated marketing campaigns aimed at capturing net new customers. By leveraging a full-funnel marketing approach, you will utilize demand-generation tactics, lead global campaign execution, and manage social media with a specific focus on driving engagement and conversions within our Strategic Account segment.
This role succeeds by increasing reach into and engagement of senior buyers within our target ICP sectors in a manner that motivates change, compels action, and accelerates conversion to pipeline, so as to help drive Sim Scale’s growth globally.
- Define and orchestrate end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns targeting net new customers within our strategic account segment.
- Own campaign strategy and execution, from ideation to launch to performance optimization across email, webinars, social, partnerships, and emerging channels.
- Collaborate with the Paid Media Manager to align on messaging, audiences, and funnel performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with content, product marketing, and sales to ensure alignment and impact.
- Identify, test and scale new growth channels based on where our target audience is (Reddit, You Tube, niche communities, co-marketing partnerships).
- Introduce and operationalize AI tooling and automation workflows where they improve campaign efficiency, personalization, and execution velocity.
- Analyze trends, develop actionable insights to drive pipeline growth.
- You’re a creative, data-driven marketer who thrives on turning ideas into measurable growth.
- Have 4-5-years of experience in B2B SaaS growth marketing or campaign management.
- Confident working across paid, owned, and earned channels, with a keen sense for messaging and storytelling.
- Analytical mindset: you test, measure, and iterate continuously.
- Have a “builder” mentality: you’re not afraid to try new ideas, fail fast, and learn.
- Experience with Hub Spot, Google Analytics, Salesforce, Canva, Clay.
