As a Senior SAP Security Consultant, you will play a critical role in tailoring our solutions to customer needs, demonstrating product benefits, and driving long‑term customer success.

You will be responsible for delivering innovative field service solutions, conducting Proof of Value (PoV) projects, and demonstrating the measurable benefits and added value of our products to prospective and existing customers. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in customer engagement, solution consulting, and SAP security—with a passion for helping customers realize and leverage the full potential of our solutions while ensuring secure and compliant implementation.

Responsibilities

• Product implementation: Carry out the end-to-end implementation of our product solutions at the customer's site – from requirements analysis and design through system configuration and testing to final deployment.
• Customization and Integration: Customize the product to meet customer‑specific requirements and ensure seamless integration into existing systems and workflows.
• Promote Proof of Value (PoV): Work with clients to define PoV objectives and success criteria, conduct PoV projects to demonstrate how our solution addresses specific challenges and delivers measurable business results, and present results demonstrating operational improvements, cost reductions, and ROI.
• Pre‑sales support: Work closely with the sales team to deliver compelling product demonstrations, technical workshops, and proposals that highlight the unique features and value of our solution.
• Customer Service: Act as a trusted advisor to our customers and provide expert advice on how to best use our products to achieve business goals and overcome operational challenges.
• Collaboration: Intensively exchange with sales, product development, and implementation teams to ensure a smooth transition from pre‑sales to implementation while providing feedback for continuous product improvement.
• Process optimization: Identify optimization potential in customer processes and internal implementation procedures to increase efficiency and improve service quality.
• Data and performance monitoring: Analyze customer data and implementation results to ensure success, support informed decisions, and drive continuous improvements in product usage and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in solution consulting and product implementations across the entire lifecycle.
• Proven expertise in SAP security and architecture, including user authentication, role management, and system integration.
• Successful implementation of Proof of Value (PoV) projects with measurable business benefits and ROI.
• Professional experience in industries with complex service processes (e.g., utilities, manufacturing, telecommunications).
• Confidence in handling data analysis and process optimization to support customer success and product acceptance.
• Ability to align technical capabilities with customer needs to deliver scalable and high‑quality solutions.
• Completed university degree in business, engineering, IT or a related field – or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Good knowledge of English.
• Advanced certifications in SAP Security, SAP Architecture, or Service Management technologies (e.g., SAP Certified Technology Associate).
• Experience in pre‑sales is an advantage.
