We are looking for a Microsoft ERP Admin to work for our client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.
This is a great opportunity for a hands‑on ERP professional to be the go‑to expert for a core business system, keeping finance, operations, and supply chain teams running smoothly, in an onsite role based in Westerville, OH.
Responsibilities- Administer and support the company's Microsoft ERP environment (e.g., Dynamics 365, Business Central, or Dynamics GP), including user setup, security roles, and system configuration
- Monitor system health and performance, and troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly to minimize disruption
- Partner with Finance, Operations, and other business teams to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations and workflow improvements
- Manage system updates, patches, and releases, including testing and change management
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and queries to support business reporting needs
- Support data integrity, data imports/exports, and integrations with other business systems
- Document system configurations, processes, and user procedures
- Train and support end users on ERP functionality and best practices
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and get more value out of the ERP platform
- 3+ years of experience administering or supporting a Microsoft ERP system (Dynamics 365, Business Central, Dynamics GP, or similar)
- Working knowledge of ERP security, user roles, and workflow configuration
- Familiarity with SQL and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, SSRS, or Excel-based reporting)
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical users
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in an onsite environment
- Real ownership of the ERP platform, with room to shape how it evolves rather than just keep it running
- Exposure to the full business, from accounting and purchasing to inventory and reporting
- Support for Microsoft Dynamics training and certifications
- A team that values a good process fix over a quick workaround
