Overview
Apogee Engineering is looking for an experienced
OverviewApogee Engineering is looking for an experienced RMF / Information Assurance Manager that can provide senior-level leadership of information assurance and Risk Management Framework (RMF) activities for NASIC systems. This position ensures systems meet applicable cybersecurity and accreditation requirements.
- Contingent Upon Contract Award****
- Lead RMF activities across the system lifecycle, including categorization, control selection, implementation, assessment, authorization, and continuous monitoring.
- Develop and maintain information assurance documentation (System Security Plans, POA&Ms, security assessment reports, etc.).
- Coordinate with system owners, engineers, and security stakeholders to ensure compliance with DoD and Air Force cybersecurity policies.
- Assess security risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Support accreditation decisions by providing technical and programmatic IA input.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to IA and cybersecurity staff.
Minimum Experience:
Citizenship:
Must be a US citizen
Clearance: TS/SCI
Certifications:
CISSP or DoD 8140-compliant certification
- Minimum ten (10) years of experience in information assurance, cybersecurity, or related functional area.
- Education:
Master’s degree in cybersecurity, information assurance, computer science, or related field - Extensive experience leading RMF and IA activities for DoD or similar systems.
