Are you passionate about transforming organizations through practical and responsible application of Artificial Intelligence? As the AI Solutions Lead, you will serve as a senior technical authority for AI strategy, governance, workforce enablement, and solution integration across both the Engineering & Cybersecurity Portfolio. You will lead the development of AI-enabled capabilities, guide enterprise AI adoption, evaluate emerging technologies, and work directly with customers to define, prototype, demonstrate, and transition AI solutions.

This role bridges strategy and execution, enabling both internal workforce transformation and customer-facing delivery of innovative AI-powered capabilities.

• Provide direct customer support in the development, training, integration, deployment and support of AI-enabled tools
• Support development and execution of portfolio AI strategy across the Engineering and Cybersecurity portfolios
• Serve as a senior technical authority for AI architectures, integration approaches, and solution implementation
• Establish and maintain portfolio-level AI governance frameworks, technical standards, risk management practices, and responsible AI policies
• Lead evaluation, selection, and adoption of AI tools, models, frameworks, and supporting technologies
• Architect AI-enabled solutions integrating software, cyber, digital engineering, data analytics, and operational environments
• Plan and execute customer-facing AI demonstrations, prototypes, and proof-of-concept activities
