Our client (AMLAW Top 150 Firm) is seeking a motivated Intellectual Property (Patent) Transaction Attorney with experience in patent acquisition and licensing. The ideal candidate possesses a solid understanding of patent law and experience in various transactional matters, particularly those related to patent transactions. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with seasoned attorneys on sophisticated IP deals and to further hone your skills and expertise in a collaborative and supportive setting while engaging in challenging, high-profile work.
