Overview
Growing national law firm in the Ft Lauderdale area has a need for a Capital Markets Attorney. This is a direct hire opening with a full benefits package.
Responsibilities- Handle corporate transactions with emphasis on Capital Markets.
- Lead due diligence teams.
- Collaborate across practice areas as part of a team and assist in training junior associates.
- Manage a challenging workload within a fast-paced environment while demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and a high degree of maturity.
- 1-6 years of experience in corporate transactions, with an emphasis on Capital Markets.
- Strong academic credentials and writing skills.
- Well-versed in the mechanics of Capital Market transactions.
- General corporate and corporate governance experience.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team across practice areas and willingness to train junior associates.
- Admitted to the Florida Bar or eligible for admission to the Florida Bar.
