Are you an experienced energy lawyer with proven renewable energy and battery storage expertise? Our client, a leading law firm with a strong presence in the renewable and battery storage arena is seeking a client facing interim lawyer to join their collegiate team.

This is a rewarding interim opportunity where you'll work at the forefront of energy transition, advising on high-impact projects across battery storage and clean energy. The successful candidate will collaborate with senior legal experts and cross-disciplinary teams whilst contributing to the maintenance of high profile client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing commercial advice on clean energy projects.
• Drafting and negotiating EPC contracts, O&M agreements, and long-term service arrangements.
• Supporting transactional work including project acquisitions and disposals.
• Providing legal insight on a range of clean energy technologies and infrastructure models.
• Collaborating with specialists in real estate, corporate, finance, planning, and dispute resolution.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Proven senior experience in battery storage, solar and renewable energy.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
• Excellent client management experience.
• The ability to work collaboratively across multiple locations and disciplines.
