As a Customer Supply Chain Analyst you will be part of the Americas Supply Chain team in a hybrid role, leading the integration of strategic objectives to maximize execution of Customer Service and provide value‑generating opportunities within the framework of Supply Chain Excellence.

• Maintain Customer Scorecards and achieve KPIs (OTIF, SL, Compliance).
• Maximize Order to Cash by progressing to “Down in a Day” order management and achieving weekly 95% Drop to Target cycle times.
• Create and document SOPs.
• Track and report Supply Chain Customer Compliance and develop processes and business models to mitigate compliance fines.
• Act as the face of Supply Chain, leading the SBD to Customer Relationship and aligning Customer CTQ’s and initiatives with functional operating departments (Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Finance, Manufacturing, Transportation, Distribution, Sales, and Marketing) to attain sales revenue targets, on‑time performance, and service level for the customer/channel.

• Solid computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, SAP, Excel, Business Warehouse).
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to learn and ability to analyze and problem‑solve.
• Time management.
• BA/BS Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Operations Management, or related field (required).
• 3‑5 years of Customer Operations or Supply Chain experience.

• Competitive salary: $62,800 – $100,200 per year (Maryland). Sign‑on payment may be provided.
