** Mancan Staffing is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator
** to join a busy Shipping & Receiving Department in Minerva!
This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in
** logistics, shipping, receiving, inventory, or data entry
** who enjoys staying organized and keeping operations moving smoothly.
### 🕐 Schedule
** Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM*
* ⚠️ Occasional overtime, late hours, or weekend work may be required.
### ⭐ What You'll Do
* Coordinate product flow between departments
* Communicate with Production, Quality, and Sales teams
* Verify incoming and outgoing shipments
* Enter shipment and inventory information into computer systems
* Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory records
* Inspect products for quantity, quality, and specifications
* Operate powered pallet trucks/jacks
* Help resolve routine shipping and operational issues
* Assist with training and supporting team members
### ✅ What We're Looking For
* ** 3–5 years of experience
** in logistics, shipping, receiving, or inventory control
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Strong computer and data-entry skills
* ERP system experience preferred
* Experience operating powered pallet trucks/jacks
* Excellent organization and communication skills
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Dependable, motivated, and detail-oriented
