Take your purchasing and supply chain expertise to the next level with a leading automotive innovation team. We're seeking an experienced Buyer to support research and development operations. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys coordinating with suppliers, engineers, and internal stakeholders to keep projects moving forward.

• Manage purchase orders and track multiple procurement activities simultaneously
• Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to support project timelines
• Review CAD drawings to identify and source automotive and prototype components
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and supplier communications
• Resolve procurement issues and ensure timely delivery of materials
• Support purchasing activities using SAP and related systems
• Provide project coordination and administrative support in a dynamic R&D environment

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• 5+ years of purchasing, procurement, contracts, or supply chain experience
• Experience working with automotive or prototype parts
• Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings (no design work required)
• Strong proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and business software
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• SAP experience required;
  Ariba/SAP Business Network experience is a plus
• Automotive industry experience preferred
• Ability to travel and work overtime as needed
