As a Drive-Thru Lumber Sales Team Member, you will play a key role in providing exceptional guest service to individuals purchasing lumber and building materials through our drive-thru. You will help guests select the right products, process their orders, operate a forklift, and safely load their vehicles, making every trip through the drive-thru seamless and efficient.

Operating a forklift is a core part of this role. Applicants must be a minimum of 18 years old. What You Will Do

• Greet guests promptly as they arrive at the drive-thru with a welcoming and helpful demeanor
• Assist guests in selecting appropriate lumber and building materials based on their needs and project requirements

• Process guest orders efficiently and accurately using the point-of-sale system
• Provide guests with detailed information on products, prices, and applicable promotions
• Work with team members to retrieve and package customer orders, ensuring all products are in good condition and ready for pick-up

• Safely operate a forklift to move, load, and organize inventory and materials in the drive-thru area
• Perform routine safety checks and maintenance on the forklift as required
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while operating equipment

• Safely and efficiently load purchased materials onto guests' vehicles, ensuring secure and balanced loads
• Provide guidance on securing loads for safe transportation

• Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and a focus on resolution
• Ensure a positive and memorable guest experience through excellent service
