Managing Director, Communications Agency, Germany

We are seeking a dynamic Managing Director to lead the communications agency operations in this key German market. This is a unique opportunity to drive business development, expand the client base, and lead a senior team as part of a high-growth international strategy. You will oversee business strategy, client relationships, and P&L, while fostering a culture of performance and collaboration.

• Lead and grow the German business, driving revenue through strategic expansion plans

• Dedicate around 60% of your time to business development, securing and managing German and international clients

• Manage client delivery and P&L with a hands-on, operational approach

• Develop and nurture talent, building a sustainable, high-performing team

• Collaborate with global teams and provide insight on the German communications landscape

• Leverage your network to maintain a strong presence in the German business community and identify new opportunities

• Work closely with senior leadership to align strategy, report progress, and address challenges

• Strong network within the German communications and business communities

• Proven experience in winning and managing client relationships at a senior level
