- Guide our vision and strategy, working closely with the Board and sector leaders.
- Oversee a variety of programs and services, including residential homes, day programs, and social enterprises, ensuring clients are engaged in meaningful activities and fully integrated into the community.
- Advocate for clients and support staff in creating innovative, evolving programs that respond to changing needs.
- Build partnerships and champion service improvements for Digby County.
- Secure resources and funding to keep our programs thriving.
- Lead with transparency, integrity, and a commitment to community impact.
- Ensure compliance with provincial standards and Board policies, while maximizing funding and operational efficiency.
- Support and empower managers and staff with training, resources, and opportunities for growth.
- An experienced leader (5+ years in senior management) with a background in health or related fields.
- A strong communicator and team builder, ready to foster creativity and growth.
- Skilled in strategic planning, financial management, and navigating Nova Scotia’s healthcare landscape.
- Driven by a desire to make a difference and help others succeed.
