Advanced Project Manager (New Product Development, Filtration)
We are seeking an Advanced Project Manager to lead new product development (NPD) projects within Pall Corporation, a Danaher operating company. The role is based in Cortland, NY and involves managing project scope, timelines, risks, budgets, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful on‑time, on‑budget delivery of core products.
In This Role- Lead a project team to achieve defined objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
- Manage low‑risk core projects and develop the foundation for future growth opportunities.
- Plan, execute, and monitor project scoping and budgeting, including revenue forecasting.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation such as the Project Charter, RACI Matrix, master schedule, and risk register.
- Deliver dashboards and progress reports, identifying and resolving issues that could impact time, quality, or budget.
- Bachelor of Science or Engineering degree.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial goods or related industry managing NPD activities (filtration industry experience preferred).
- Proficient in project management principles, governance, processes, and tools.
- Experience with financial aspects of project management, including planning, revenue recognition, and reporting.
- Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills; ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Miro, and project management software.
- Knowledge and proficiency in Danaher Business System (DBS) innovation tools.
Salary range: $85,000 – $95,000. Eligibility for bonus/incentive pay. Comprehensive package including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k) plan.
