Reporting to the Group CEO, you will be responsible for the P&L, strategic direction, operational performance, and cultural development of the company.
Responsibilities- Drive sales growth through key accounts and distributor management.
- Lead business development and brand development.
- Elevate sales & marketing performance, building stronger routes to market, and expanding reach.
- Leverage data, insights, and digital innovation to drive performance & enhance customer experience.
- Develop a high‑performance culture, building on the business’s strong heritage while fostering a forward‑thinking, growth mindset.
- Proven track record as an MD, GM, or senior leader in manufacturing.
- Strong leadership capability who can inspire and develop people.
- Exceptional commercial acumen comfortable working with technical applications.
- A strong vision, commitment to deliver, and a delicate touch.
- Self‑motivated, approachable and empathetic.
- Not afraid to be hands‑on and lead by example.
