The Director of Business Process & Controls is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing the organization’s internal control framework, operational processes, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). This role acts as an internal corporate audit and governance leader, ensuring the business operates with consistency, efficiency, compliance, and scalability.

The Director partners closely with executive leadership and department heads to evaluate existing workflows, identify risks and inefficiencies, and establish standardized, documented processes that support long-term growth and operational integrity.
